Hi All,

You may or may not know that Malc is retiring on 31/10/2025. Malc has worked for ERIKS on the Howden's (Howden) manufacturing site for 20 years!

I'm sure many of you have fond memories of your time working with Malc. He's supported many colleagues in their time at ERIKS and Howdens, and we are wanting to give him the best send off possible. Money talks as do your kind words and well-wishes, so please dig deep and type your hearts away!

For anyone wanting to say goodbye to Malc in person, we will be doing some food & celebrations in the Howden's Auditorium @ 12noon on 31/10/2025.

Any ERIKS employees wanting to attend, please could you email howdensNEW (at) (eriks) (co.) (uk) confirming so we can book you onto site.

**Malc doesn't know about this so please keep it that way as it will be a really nice surprise for him which he wont be expecting**
