Hello, as people know my late dad passed away recently with mouth cancer in a short space of time, I spent around 12 days in hospital with him watching him deteriorate. At first I was told he would have months, then weeks, then days and on the same day I was told he had days left he passed a few hours later right next to me. I'm trying to do everything I can on my own but after attending the funeral directors I wasn't expecting the costs of how much it would actually be. The deposit alone is £1,650 before the funeral takes place on the 9th june. I fully understand we are all living in hard times at the moment but if you could spare anything at all which would help towards that cost then I'd forever hold you in my heart and so would he. This is a worry I wasn't expecting to have right now with everything that has gone on and even that little bit of help would be extremely appreciated. Every single penny counts now so if anyone donates then please bare in mind that you aren't just doing it for me but also him. He was a great character who will be sorely missed.

His funeral will be taking place in the second week of June.
