Hi my name is Heather and I've terminal stage 4 bowel cancer.

I was diagnosed in 2021. I was the picture of health beforehand. I'm 18 months on this extremely tough journey. I've weekly chemo and immunotherapy. Folfiri and Cetuximab.

I try to do lots of campaigning and raising awareness to this disease as early detection can save lives. GET A COLONOSCOPY even if you've no symptoms. You can take care of your own health. Our national screening programme for bowel cancer is 60-69years. It's too late for so many. This disease is growing RAPIDLY in younger people and it's killing them. Something needs to be done. That's why I share my journey to try and save lives. Get a colonoscopy...did I say that already
