Mak’s bike accident

On September 15 Makayla was riding home on her Harley when she suddenly hit gravel around some construction and her wheels locked as she tried to slow down, she slid into a curb and was ejected from her motorcycle leaving her with two fractured vertebrae, broken ribs, broken shoulder blade, and her kidney was impaired and hasn’t stopped bleeding. She is currently in the hospital and will have a lot of healing to do, she recently received her welding certification and has been financially independent but without health insurance as she’s still fresh into her place of employment.

Her medical costs are racking up quickly and we are hoping for donations to help her focus on healing and to take some of the stress off of her. Riding her Harley is her passion, she started an all female ride crew and has continued to promote a safe and supportive environment for women in her community.
