Hi my name is Charlotte, I have 2 children Joshua and Emily, I have been fighting cancer now for over a year, starting at stage 2, treatment failed and spred and now I am facing a state 4 terminal diagnosis with weeks / months left, I have come to terms with this being my last Christmas with my family, I won’t see my children have children or getting married or any other monumental mile stone which absolutely kills me, I’m just hoping for one last Christmas that we can make some extra special memories
