A short film written by J.D. Nicholsen, The Outlier stars Layne Coleman and is directed by Aviva Armour-Ostroff.

The Outlier is the story of Les, a man isolated in his rooming house. His only companion the radio, and his only entertainment the street outside, Les is a portrait of time ticking. After an unexpected delivery, Les is left with a choice to make.

Principal photography was completed in May, and we need to raise ten thousand dollars for post production. This money goes toward editing the film, colour correction, studio rental, sound mix, sound design, music rights and composition, marketing, and submitting the film to festivals.
