Help Our Mum, Caroline, Make Precious Memories

Hello everyone,

My name is Kayleigh, and I’m the eldest of Caroline’s three daughters. Caroline is our deeply loved mum, an amazing Nanny to her five grandchildren, and the loving wife of Vince, our wonderful stepdad.

Two weeks ago, our world changed when Mum was diagnosed with MND. After months of declining health without answers, it was only following a fall and a hospital stay that she finally received the attention and diagnosis she needed.

As you can imagine, this has been incredibly difficult for all of us to process.

But rather than focusing on the diagnosis, we want to focus on Mum, on making sure the time ahead is filled with as much love, comfort, and happiness as possible.

We’ve set up this GoFundMe to help in two important ways. Firstly, to make Mum’s home as comfortable, practical, and normal as possible as her needs change. Secondly, to give her the chance to create special memories, through trips to her favourite places and meaningful time spent with the people she loves most.

Every contribution, no matter how big or small, will go towards helping us make this happen, filling the time we have with love, laughter, and unforgettable moments together.
