Hi this is something that as a family we never thought we would have to do but sadly George has received a diagnosis of MDS (Myelodysplastic Syndrome) a rare blood cancer which can develop into AML.

George our beautiful 6 year old son and big brother to Jamie, has this within his bone marrow. He requires blood transfusions every 3 weeks and we have been told it will never get better on its own and he will require a bone marrow transplant, otherwise he will sadly pass away.

We are currently awaiting further news on whether Jamie his 4 year old brother has the same genetic bone marrow disease (possibly Fanconi Anaemia - but yet to be confirmed) as it can pass to siblings.

I cannot comprehend that this is happening to our wonderful family and everyone within it is truly heartbroken . If anyone can contribute to create a little brightness this summer it would be so appreciated. Please do share to spread word of this very sad disease.
