Making Memories for Jules

Julianna is 7 years old, loves to do gymnastics, dance, art, dress up, and play with her younger brother.  Earlier this summer she began to have trouble reading, she was holding the books very close to her face.  Her mom, Nichole, took her to the optometrist and got her glasses, but they didn't seem to help.  Jules was still having difficulty reading the words; getting them one time but not the next.  Feeling something was not right, mom pushed for her to be seen by a specialist.
At the appointment with the specialist, it was discovered that Jules is experiencing sight loss due to rare genetic disorder that causes degeneration of her retinas.  The family is still pursuing specialists and testing to get a diagnosis.  They have a few possible diagnoses; each has the risk of Jules losing more of her vision.
We have known Nichole since she was a teenager. She is a hard working single mom who does everything possible for her two children.  Since the time Jules was small, she has always wanted to go to Disney World.  We are looking to make that possible while she can still make those lasting memories with her family.  With the vision loss that has already occurred over the past few months, we would like to send them by the end of this year.  Your support of this family is so greatly appreciated.
