We were told that he has about a week to live. He is home now on Hospice and I am his main caregiver.

Jeff would give anyone the shirt off of his back. Through his trials and tribulations he always faced them with a positive attitude and a smile. Jeff is one of the kindest people you will meet.

Making his last days the best is my main goal.

Jeff is leaving behind daughters, grandchildren and myself is life partner.

Jeff's heart condition has prevented him from working for many years. At this time I am unable to work due to caring and making his last days nothing but memorable.
