Making it for Matt's Kids
Donation protected
Lily (16 years) and Peyton (3 years) lost their father, Matthew O'Neil, on April 14th. He was taken from his little girls...all of us...entirely too soon.
Our family has received an outpouring of phone calls and messages from family, friends, and the community regarding how they can help during this incredibly challenging time. In lieu of flowers, food, etc. we would greatly appreciate any support for Matt's kids.

If you prefer to send a personal check instead of donating through this site, please make check payable to our mother, Mary Ann O’Neil and mail to
70 Susan Lane, Buffalo, NY 14220.
Matthew battled complications from Juvenile Diabetes his entire life and has been chronically ill for most of his adult life. In 2015, he received a double organ transplant (kidney/pancreas) and experienced several years of good life before the organ transplant failed. Matt went comfortably and peacefully surrounded by his immediate and extended family.

Donor FAQs
How much money will Go Fund Me deduct from every donation?
There is one small transaction fee per donation that covers all our fundraising needs. Everything else goes directly to Matt's kids because that’s what matters most. A transaction fee of 2.9% + 0.30¢ is automatically deducted from each donation.
Should I leave a Go Fund Me tip?
Tipping is optional, and the tip amount can be changed to 0. It is important to understand your tip does NOT go directly to Matt's kids; however, by leaving a voluntary tip, you’re helping Go Fund Me to do more good in the world.
