I believe it’s the small, everyday moments that matter — how we treat each other, how we show up, and the acts of kindness that often go unnoticed.

Making a difference is what drives me. It’s what feels genuinely important.

When the war in Ukraine began, I was in disbelief. So much suffering, so close to home. I kept asking myself: what can I do? What difference could I make?

Four years later, I feel like I’ve found my answer.

After speaking with a dear colleague from the Samaritans, who shared his experience of travelling to Ukraine with Convoy4Ukraine, something just clicked. I knew straight away, I wanted to be part this project.

Convoy4Ukraine delivers vehicles and essential supplies directly to the people who need them. It is about practical help that makes a real impact.

In September, I am planning to join the convoy as a co-driver and navigator helping deliver humanitarian aid to Ukrainian charity partners.
