A close friend of mine  has not been feeling well for a while. He was recently diagnosed with stage 4 Non-Hodgkin's Lymphoma.

He requires a stem cell transplant.

His wife reached out to me. They have a young son and are struggling. I can only imagine how hard it must be especially this time of year.
