Making A Brighter Day for Vaughn Bradley

Vaughn Bradley had an unusual day recently.  He was supposed to be celebrating his big brother’s high school graduation while also looking forward to his own 8th-grade graduation. Instead the 14-year-old budding visual artist was emergency air lifted to Comer Children's Hospital at the University of Chicago and was being met by a surgical team who needed to perform a delicate operation on his lung to remove a tumor.  It then became evident that a subsequent surgery would be needed, and summer plans before attending the Chicago Academy of The Arts might be interrupted for a time by this sudden detour on the road back to good health.

While we all from time to time have the occasional bad day, or a kind-of make-you-mad-day, or a got-a-bad-cough-day, or a I'm-just-a-little-off-day, there are some days that getting a helping hand can make a big difference.  We want to make that today for Vaughn Bradley, and we are reaching out to you to join #TeamVaughn to help make a brighter day for this young artist and his family, who have encircled him to encourage his return to good health.  His road back may have some twists and turns, but we can better it with some well wishes and love along the way.  So, climb aboard the #TeamVaughn wagon and help in any amount you can.  Your presence here is warmly appreciated.
