This fundraiser is for Will Vess, TSGT, 57 years old. He is a 20-year retired veteran of the United States Air Force Special Operations Command, who was recently diagnosed with ALS, a terminal disease. Will currently resides in Mount Vernon, Ohio, with his wife, Lori. His military service spanned multiple continents and countries, including, but not limited to, Panama, Iraq, Kuwait, Bosnia, Haiti, and Operation Freedom.

The ALS has slowly consumed his ability to enjoy many pastimes such as riding motorcycles and playing guitars, as well as presenting many physical limitations. Will is fortunate to have VA healthcare and has access to other programs through the Veterans Administration, which can help with some of these limitations. However, the goal of this GoFundMe would be to provide Will and his wife Lori with a nice vacation to Oceanside with the proper amenities while he still can walk.

Will has donated and helped with numerous benefits, including Cystic Fibrosis and Farmstead Poker Runs.
