That's why the Wells Jazz & Blues Festival will be completely free at the point of entry, making it a truly inclusive experience for the entire community. We're also working hard to establish additional transport links to bring people from the surrounding, less accessible villages right into the heart of the musical action.

Building on the growing buzz of live music in our city's venues, the Festival will create a vibrant showcase of established jazz and blues artists alongside the freshest emerging talent. A significant portion of the programme will be ring-fenced for musicans under the age of 25, investing in the future of the next generation of jazz and blues artists.
