Help The Wet Dog Get off the Ground

Hi everyone, my name is Toph Kovacs, though many of you know me as Chris. I've been a pet barber for over 24 years, and have dreamed of opening a shop that stands apart form all the others; not just in the way we look, or our professionalism, but also how our pet family is cared for. We want to create a luxury-infused, quality experience for every pet, every time. Each pet will receive the highest level of service, patience, and care using state-of-the-art products and tools. We've removed obnoxious pushes for add-on sales and just made all the most frequently needed aspects of the job part of our standard services. We will be a kennel-free facility, and work to keep your pets healthy and happy the entire time they are in our care.

My original budget for the shop was for a much smaller location, but we quickly learned that it was far from being up to the task. Unfortunately, it took us another 8 months to find any other locations to make our home. In that time, my business loans still had to be paid, and that really cut the budget to ribbons. The new location is amazing and will suite our needs perfectly, but it needs work. We will use and donations we receive to catch us up on the costs of keeping the location in the University Place Shopping Center. We have about 5 weeks to raise the money to catch us up from the slower beginning and keep the doors open.

We all know how hard it is to find a good pet barber/groomer in town. Please help my dream become a reality so that I can continue to serve our community.

Donations of $250 or more will be honored with a handmade ceramic tile made by myself and my wife in our home Pottery studio, with a colorful design and the name of your choice, which will be installed directly in the wet dog on our honored "Founding We Dog's" wall.

Donations over $1000 will have an original Watercolor painting done by myself in honor of your donation. We will either frame them and place them in the Wet Dog in a highly visible location to show our thanks, or you are also welcome to take the painting home if you prefer.
