MAKE THE JUAN TAMARIZ FOUNDATION A REALITY

There are moments that only happen once in a lifetime. This is one of them.

We are about to give life to the Juan Tamariz Foundation, a project created to preserve and share the extraordinary work of Juan Tamariz, and to contribute to the present and future of Magic.

The Foundation's mission will be to preserve his legacy and promote Magic as an art form. It will work to advance its recognition as an artistic discipline and support study and creation, with a clear commitment to social good.

Once the Foundation is up and running, the first step will be to catalog and preserve his material legacy and library. From there, it will keep Juan Tamariz's published work alive, support training through partnerships, and create scholarships and awards that open doors for new creators and researchers in Magic. It will also bring Magic to those with fewer opportunities to access culture, through community outreach programs.

Spanish law requires a founding endowment of €30,000 to officially notarize and register a non-profit Foundation. Everything else is ready, This is all that's left. The paperwork expires on the 6th September, so we need to notarise by Friday 4th September 2026.

Every contribution, big or small, brings us closer to that goal and helps us build a Foundation that keeps the Maestro's work alive, and enables it to keep growing and inspiring future generations.

Ana and Mónica, two of his daughters, will be among the Foundation's first Board Members, alongside others from the world of Magic and culture who walked beside him and loved him. Join us and help us reach €30,000.

Español: HAZ REALIDAD LA FUNDACION JUAN TAMARIZ

Hay momentos que solo suceden una vez. Este es uno de ellos.

Estamos a punto de dar vida a la Fundación Juan Tamariz, un proyecto creado para preservar y compartir la extraordinaria obra de Juan Tamariz y contribuir al presente y al futuro de la Magia.

La Fundación tendrá como misión preservar su legado y promover la Magia como arte. También impulsará su reconocimiento como disciplina artística y apoyará el estudio y la creación, con un claro compromiso social y solidario.

En cuanto la Fundación eche a andar, lo primero será catalogar y preservar su legado material y su biblioteca. A partir de ahí, mantendrá viva la obra editorial de Juan Tamariz, impulsará la formación a través de convenios, y creará becas y premios que abran camino a nuevos creadores e investigadores de la Magia. También llevará la Magia a quienes menos oportunidades tienen de acceder a la cultura, a través de actividades solidarias.

Para constituirla e inscribirla oficialmente, la ley exige reunir una dotación fundacional de 30.000 €. Todo lo demás está preparado. Solo falta esto. El certificado de denominación caduca el 6 de septiembre, así que nuestra fecha límite para constituir la Fundación es el viernes 4 de septiembre 2026.
