Thadeusz is a 26 year old member of our community who was born with a progressive disease known as "typeX" or GAP junction Mutation. This is a very rare disease that stops the communication between cells and causes mild growth hormone deficient and sensory Neuropathy. He has several operations to allow him to walk, and often uses an assortment of braces. He experiences constant pain and yet everyday you see him, there is a smile on his face and he has a kind word to share.
There is a combination of medications that can restore independent mobility and allow for neurogenisis that will keep him from being wheelchair bound or bedridden, but Medicaid will not pay for it. Unfortunately, this is an all to common story.
He is on disability and barely makes his monthly bills. We are hoping to raise $5000 for him in the next 30 days. Please help in whatever way you can, even $5 can make a big difference! Thank you for your generosity!! Bright Blessings
