Dani and Mike in their time of need

Donation protected
Hi my name is Samantha and I'm trying to help Dani and Mike they are currently in the hospital in Medford with a partially detached placenta and won't be leaving the hospital until their baby girl has decided to come in to the world. So I'm just trying to get up some extra money for expenses and any possible bills that may come up before they can get home and back to work. If you know these two you know what a rough journey they have had to get to this point in their life.UPDATE FOR GOFUND ME✨
Baby Rayah came earthside October 25, 2022 at 7:33 AM, 6 weeks premature . She is being cared for at Asante in the NICU for the time being, there is no date set for her discharge as she is needing continuous medical attention. Mom endured 21 hours of labor before needing to have a C section for medical reasons . Dani & Mike have been discharged from the postpartum recovery as of Saturday October 29th, leaving their little miracle behind . They have already spent over a month in the hospital . They have been admitted into a facility where they can stay until Rayah is transfered into Special care nursery where they will be able to come back to the hospital and stay until she is healthy enough to be discharged . This continues to a day by day process but sometimes the baby needs to stay until their expected due date which was December 5th. They are having to provide their own meals /food , transportation as they continue this journey and may end up being away from home for up to 2 months . Mikes employer has also let him go , as they were not understanding of his absence during this troubling time in their lives . They are nervous to return home to debt and being behind on bills & rent after months with no income as they are paying for stays and food away from home . Their journey to parenthood and story of overcoming infertility and miscarriages is inspiring and now they have their miracle rainbow baby . Please consider donating or sharing to this family as they are on the road to bringing their baby home .

Dani and Mike wanted to add:

As so many of you know the journey for my husband and I to become parents has been quite an undertaking. For those that don't know, we want to take some time and share what's been going on, and ask for your support, via Prayer, Well Wishes, financial, visitation, phone call or even a simple text message.

Mike and I have had 5 miscarriages with our last one being well past the normal time. That is what led us to the path of IVF or similar treatment, while we were awaiting our appointment for that we found out we were pregnant, and boy was it scary for us! On top of all the normal feelings every step along the way has felt like a what if, what could, what about. We have been seeing several specialists every single week the entire pregnancy. This week at a routine checkup at 30 weeks and 3 days, the nurse discovered the placenta has detached from the top and we have a 9x9 cm tear and a blood clot . I was put into a helicopter and rushed to my current hospital where we shall stay until I deliver. Recently I was diagnosed with a rare blood clotting disorder called antiphospholipid antibody syndrome. We will be here monitored in Medford for the remainder of my pregnancy . They will continue to monitor for changes in the placental abruption & bleeding and for fetal destress . The minute the baby shows signs of disress we will be having an emergency C section . Best case , and the goal is to get us stable to 34 weeks (Monday, October 24) & will not let me go further than that due to risk and complications .

We feel comforted and safe knowing we are in the best of hands here at Asante & look forward to holding our girl by the end of October ✨

There are so many unknowns, but as each day goes by, we are closer and closer to our due date. But with that, each day that goes by, Mike and I are out of work with no income. Unfortunately with Mike being new to his job, they were not understanding or forgiving for the time off that's been requested already and certainly not for the weeks ahead. Our home is far away, our families are all far away, and resources are limited.

Please consider donating to our page in this time of uncertainty and hardship. We love each and every one of you, and will try our best to keep those that want to stay informed, up to date.

Again thank you to our Army , pray warriors , family and friends for being our light & support . We would be so lost without you all .
