Sharon Dent, 56, has recently been diagnosed with terminal cancer. We would love to help raise some money so that Shaz can have a well deserved break on a cruise, something she has always dreamt of. Anything helps and we all would be very grateful for any support!

Shaz is a proud wife to Geoff and mum of two amazing children Jack and Beth and a nana to two beautiful grandchildren — with one more on the way.

In February 2024 she was told she had cervical cancer on the 17th November Shaz got to ring the bell.

Unfortunately, just 41 days after one of the toughest battles of her life further tests revealed lymph node cancer on the 28th December 2024. Again, she battled through chemo and immune therapy but on the 2nd July 2025 she was told the devastating news that it was terminal.

This news has changed everything — but it hasn’t changed how deeply she loves her family, or how much she wants to spend as much time as she can with them making memories

I'm raising funds to tick some of the things Shaz would like to do on her bucket list. Most importantly she would love to go on a cruise with the love of her life Geoff and make some memories. They believed they had all the time in the world to do this.

But most importantly — to create lasting memories with her husband, children and grandchildren while she still can.
