Hello and thanks for visiting Shannon’s GoFundMe. I met Shannon several years ago and we’ve become close friends since then, taking several trips together. Even through all of his challenges, Shannon spreads positivity and God's love throughout the world. He also holds down three jobs and works very hard.

Shannon has dreamed of a Canadian bear hunt for many years. This year, I had planned a black bear hunting trip to Saskatchewan in May. For many, this is a once-in-a-lifetime trip and very different from anything we can do in Michigan or the US. After talking with the outfitter, I was able to determine they had a camp that could accommodate someone in a wheelchair like Shannon (this can be hard to find). In addition, the outfitter was willing to offer a steeply discounted rate for Shannon.
