Help Nadia stay in the U.S. and get the O-1 Visa

My name is Nadia, I am a singer-songwriter and pianist. I've been recording music and performing for more than 15 years. You may know me because of my Type O Negative covers or my original songs such as "Never Lost Again".

I've always wanted to see the U.S. In 2024 that wish finally came true. Man, there is nothing like seeing New York for the first time! I still can't believe I am here.

I have a big dream. I want to live and work as an artist in The United States. I love it here. This country feels like the perfect place for the kind of music I create - a place where I can truly connect with my audience, explore my artistry, and, hopefully, find a home.

For that I need to obtain an O-1 Talent Visa. That visa will grant me a work permit and many benefits to continue my artistic journey here. O-1 was designed for artists and creative people with extraordinary abilities.

Help me raise money for my American dream and get the O-1!

Here’s the breakdown of the costs for the visa:

USCIS Filing Fee (Form I-129): $530

O-1 Visa Application Fee (DS-160): $190

Immigration Lawyer Fee: $6,000

American Federation of Musicians Letter Fee: $300

Asylum Fee: $300

To prepare my case and send it to USCIS, I need to raise $6,000. I’ve already found an immigration lawyer and put everything I had saved into this process. If we exceed the $6,000 goal, I’ll apply for Premium Processing ($2,805), which means I could get a decision in just two weeks instead of waiting 2–4 months.
