Make my kidneys smile again

Hello world. I am asking for help to pay massive medical bills due to complete loss of kidney function. I was living with a bad heart and a rare degenerative muscle disease (CIDP) but this came as a horrible shock. I am asking for help because I don't want to die and leave my beautiful wife alone. I need dialysis 3x week and my hospital stay is over 100k. I am sad to due this to my wife who works so hard in a deli and gave up so much already to help me. I am grateful for any help and prayers. Any help will go towards 100k medical bills and keeping dialysis treatments going. A kidney transplant is needed but I can't wrap my head around that bill and my wife and I are 62 and still in love and I want to stay alive for her. Thank you.
