hello my name is alexander asencio salguero I am originally from Guatemala I am 35 years old and they diagnosed that my kidneys were no longer working I was 32 years old and I have 4 children when they told me that my kidneys were not working the oldest was 11 and 9 and 5 and 2 years old which my wife and children are there I have a daughter here I brought her because I could no longer do it alone which she is 14 now help me make my dream come true I have children I am a young person I work yes but it is not enough it only covers me for food and a little bit of rent help me make my dream come true I have dialysis every 3 days a week I am on a transplant list and the insurance does not cover everything it only covers a little which I do not have money to make my dream come true help me co. a dollar with whatever you can you can help me, I know that like me you have children and I do not wish anyone to suffer with this illness that is happening to me, I ask a lot. God for each one of you who help me because even a dollar makes the difference since I do not have the money to pay you but with a prayer God will multiply them as I tell you my life is not easy I have a family my wife in Guatemala does what she can bringing food home what she can and unfortunately my children I cannot help them much because of the situation I am living life is very difficult but thank God I am still alive help me with whatever you can God I will appreciate it and very soon I will have surgery and that is why I am raising funds for my operation and I do not have enough money to pay if you can help me with the little you can thank you God bless you
