Make My Boston Crusaders Season Possible

Ever since my sophomore year of high school, marching with Boston Crusaders has been my dream. A dream I felt was in no way possible and much less plausible for me to achieve. I feel very blessed to say that I have now been offered a contract to march with the Boston Crusaders for my final eligible season with DCI. It is an honor to be chosen after multiple rounds of auditions to be one of the five people that can say they are playing in the BAC Quadline this year.

This season, my total tuition to march with Boston is $6500. I have been lucky in many ways that I don't have to worry about paying for college and that I can even keep some money extra because of scholarships and financial aid. That is why I am trying to fundraise $3000 to help with what I still don't have. Monthly payments are due from now until May and these payments help cover housing, meals, transportation, uniforms, show props, instruments, implements, and multiple other fees associated with housing a 165 Person Drum Corp for an entire summer. We're travelling coast to coast and back from Vermont to California and ending at Indiana. We get to perform about 24 shows through the United States throughout our tour. This is an opportunity that not many get to experience.

I am lucky to say that the education I received throughout my entire performing career played an enormous role in helping me secure this position. BAC is one of the most competitive organizations in DCI and in recent years consistently ranks amongst the top 3 groups of the entire activity. The percussion program is particularly exceptional as well with a vast amount of staff that has plenty of teaching and performing experience in all aspects of music.
