Make Milwaukee's Children a Priority

The MPS Superintendent and Milwaukee Public Schools' Board of Directors have met the legal threshold of deliberate indifference. The state has found probable cause on all counts of my Equal Rights case (CR202100861), based on multiple violations of the Civil Rights of students and employees. Recently, 171 admissions were deemed admitted to the legal record.
The Native/First Nations students and community also suffer from the blatant racism, oppression and discrimination of the Milwaukee Public Schools. Retaliation by MPS forced fiduciary non-compliance with federal grants after a whistleblower complaint was filed. This too will unfold as time moves on. Additional complaints are and will be filed with State and Federal organizations including Native Rights organizations. Native/First Nations people are being denied access to their culture and language, breaking federal treaty rights and laws.
Another Milwaukee Public Schools whistleblower complaint CR202201352 is on record. MPS KNEW (since 2019) about issues with MPSU, scholarships, retaliation, nepotism, fraud and discrimination. What did the school board do? Board members prefer to do offline business through personal emails, text messages and in-person off record meetings. MPS does NOT protect whistleblowers. MPS does NOT put kids first.
My goal is to create a legal record so that our children of Milwaukee do not suffer due to a corrupt public education system. What many of us have known about the waste, mismanagement and fraud by MPS administration is now something that can no longer be ignored. There is blatant evidence that can be proven in federal court and probable cause has already been found. Many have asked for ways to support this important cause, and this will make a big impact.
Your donations will be used to continue the formal legal record so that those responsible for violating students with taxpayer money can be held accountable. Supporting Milwaukee's children comes in many forms. No donation is too small.
You can watch the legal process unfold on my LinkedIn profile where I share documents and updates: https://www.linkedin.com/in/debbie-kuether-ph-d-and-nbct-5439a367/
