Hello everyone, my name is Nick and I’m a long-time Green Bay Packers fan. Recently, I got to experience for the first time in my life a home game in Green Bay; it was nothing short of amazing. There are, however, those who can’t make it to these games as NFL games and travel are expensive, especially now.

Fast forward to my current job where, while I was eating breakfast at McDonald's, I met the janitor there who noticed my Packers lanyard and told me he loved the Packers.

His name is Mike Bailey. Over the course of a few weeks, I got to know his story and how much he loved the Pack. He worked as a miner and eventually a mine safety inspector before retiring. He ended up going back to work after only 2 years of retirement. During our talks, he told me all the players he used to watch and how much he loves the team but never got a chance to go to Green Bay and see it for himself. I’ve set the goal at $1,500 so we can buy plane tickets and game tickets for him and his wife!

I’m starting this fundraiser early because I genuinely believe that Mike deserves a chance to see the team he’s been rooting for, for over 50 years.
