If you believe in supporting Black females, then you should help F.A.C.E.™!

Hello, my name is LaTonya Renee, and I am the CEO of F.A.C.E.™. I prayed one day and asked God to share what He wanted me to do with my life. I felt like I had so many talents and didn’t know precisely how to put them together. So it was me, God, a friend, and a whiteboard – no, that’s not the beginning of a joke, it happened. And right there, two things were birthed, a non-profit and a business.

There's a new social enterprise on the scene, and it's shaking up the way we think about supporting Black females. It's called F.A.C.E.™, and it stands for Female African-American Christian Entrepreneur. F.A.C.E.™ was created with one mission: to provide bold and unique apparel for every Black female, so they feel empowered by their uniqueness! There isn't much of a good vibe out there for Black females, I would know, because I’ve worked in various industries and witnessed the lack of respect, representation and opportunities. F.A.C.E.™ wants nothing more than to ensure every little Black girl knows her worth - from head(to)toe (and all over). We are dedicated to empowering Black females everywhere; however, our products are not just for Black females but specifically target ALL curvy females.

The lack of resources and funding for Black female entrepreneurs is a huge problem. Studies show that 97% percent run into it when starting their businesses, and I am no exception! My dream would be to launch the first item of the clothing line this fall/winter but to do so; I need $2,000.

Have you ever seen a beautiful piece of clothing or fabric and wondered how it was made? Were you intrigued by the patterns, the colors, or the textures? Every one of those details can be translated into a line item.

I would use every penny to finish covering the cost of the patterns, samples, and materials. Two thousand dollars is a LOT for one item, but my goal isn't just to sell this- it's about empowering Black females, including smaller and thicker ladies! So, I must accomplish this with samples tailored specifically with both ladies in mind; 2 patterns/per garment piece (fashion rules).

Your donation will help me empower Black females. Could you imagine the impact of them seeing an image that looks like them on clothing items sold at their local mall? And don't forget - once these sell nationwide (believe me, they will), some proceeds go towards supporting our non-profit organization. I know this may sound too good to be accurate, but when we work together as one people, our dream becomes a reality: We all become better versions of ourselves while helping others achieve their full potential.

If you still aren’t comfortable (after all my explanations) donating, please don't feel bad! It's completely understandable. However, please consider purchasing from our e-commerce store. We are working hard to get the F.A.C.E.™ brand out there and assist with raising capital so that we can offset the cost of creating its first line! Nonetheless, your prayers would go a long way.

I've already outlined why you should partner with me, a Black female and Founder & CEO of F.A.C.E.™. Why wait?
