Make Devon's Birthday Wish Come True

I am trying to help my disabled daughter get to Illinois this summer for her birthday, where she can spend it with her partner and her friends, who all live out of state from us. Here is the predicament in her own words:

Hello. My name is Devon Demarem. I'm not entirely sure what to say here. I'm 32 years old, chronically ill (fibromyalgia and ulcerative colitis), immunocompromised, in chronic pain (mostly thanks to the fibro), a splash of ocd, a bunch of adhd, probably autistic according to people who are confirmed to be, and trans to boot. Because of the chronic everything, I'm unemployed, probably forever, and thus am broke as hell. I'm also stuck in the back end of nowhere, 40 minutes or so to the nearest actually usable town (not counting bathroom breaks). Unfortunately, my partner is halfway across the usa more or less, I cant make it to a train (and the requisite day or so of being masked 24/7 would suck), I cant tolerate a plane (for most of the same reasons), and thus I am forced to try and rent an RV and drive for like, two days. If I can afford it.

I've been stuck in this house for nearly 14 years. That's why I'm trying to ask for help. This is the first chance I've remotely had to see a partner, ever, and to make a trip away from my home in like, just over a decade. I've been fighting for this opportunity for so fucking long. It wounds me to need this caliber of help, but it isn't possible without it.
