Hi I'm Bear the fun loving normally happy 11 year old chocolate Lab.

I've been feeling quite poorly recently & lots of trips to the vets, a blood test means I've got issues with my liver. I stopped eating my meals which is not like me.! The vet says I need an ulta sound and possible liver meds. At this point we don't know if it's just a liver issue or that there may be other complications. Mum and dad have recently paid for some expensive tests and meds but now I need a £718 ulta sound and possible special liver meds or food which is all expensive. If you can help

Update April 28th

Hi everyone after another trip to the vets yesterday -it's not good news. They think he has a tumour on his liver, he's not eating meals and drinking less. He's lost weight and muscle mass. The chances are so slim of him being healed so sadly we are the palliative care stage. He had a double dose of meds last night which seem to make him worse. Today we have just let him eat, sleep and visit his favourite park in the sunshine. we hope that those who've donated don't mind that the funds will be used for his final care to keep him comfy. We are truly heartbroken but can't thank you enough for your love and help. We love you lots and our Bear appreciates all the love too. Liz (he will always be a son to me -my fur kid, baby bear we love you) xxx
