Unfortunately, now I find myself in need of some assistance. Our drainage pipes that run under the cement foundation inside of my house are beyond repair and must be replaced. This means also breaking up almost 80% of the foundation inside my house to replace them. The kitchen, laundry room, parts of the dining room, part of the entryway, the hallway, 1 bathroom and 1 bedroom will be impacted. This consists of removing my flooring which will not be salvageable, removing the foundation and digging out the pipes. Then of course the repaired and replaced pipes would have to be put back in. Only then can the foundation be put back in and the flooring be laid down. The work will be done by Freedom Plumbing.

Unfortunately, in the state of California, no homeowners insurance will cover the issue with my pipes. This unexpected expense is not something that I can afford. We have researched every program and option available with no relief in sight. The amount that I’m asking for would also include the cost of the $15,000 for the work done and the cost hotel stay because we cannot stay in my house where there’s no water or no drainage. Any amount that can be donated is greatly appreciated as it will all go to making my home livable again. This is why I have come to humbly ask for assistance.
