Aero is trans nonbinary and struggles with extreme chest dysphoria. Aero's loved ones long to see them feel at home in their body. For many years they've hoped for an opportunity to treat their dysphoria and undergo top surgery. We've finally gotten them into see a clinician and set a date! They sobbed at finding out this procedure was a possibility for them. But there remains some serious obstacles to making this dream come true for them.
