I’m writing this with hope in my heart and a dream I’ve carried for as long as I can remember. Growing up in a low-income family, the idea of traveling beyond my hometown always felt like a distant fantasy. But I’ve never let go of the dream of exploring Europe—the history, the art, the cultures, the stories. Now, at 17 and preparing to graduate this year, I’m more determined than ever to turn that dream into reality.

This year, I took a leap of faith and got my very first passport. Holding it in my hands felt like holding possibility, but I can’t do this alone. I’m asking for your help to make this dream a reality.

This trip isn’t just about seeing famous landmarks—it’s about proving to myself that dreams, no matter how big or impossible they seem, are worth chasing. Your generosity will help cover travel costs, accommodations, meals, and the chance to experience the world in ways I’ve only imagined.

Hola, almas amables de todo el mundo,

Estoy escribiendo esto con esperanza en mi corazón y un sueño que he llevado desde que tengo memoria. Al crecer en una familia de bajos ingresos, la idea de viajar más allá de mi ciudad natal siempre se sintió como una fantasía distante. Pero nunca he dejado de lado el sueño de explorar Europa: la historia, el arte, las culturas, las historias. Ahora, a los 17 años y preparándome para graduarme este año, estoy más decidido que nunca a convertir ese sueño en realidad.

Este año, di un salto de fe y obtuve mi primer pasaporte. Sostenerlo en mis manos se sintió como sostener la posibilidad, pero no puedo hacer esto solo. Te pido ayuda para hacer realidad este sueño.

Este viaje no se trata solo de ver monumentos famosos, se trata de demostrarme a mí mismo que vale la pena perseguir los sueños, sin importar cuán grandes o imposibles parezcan. Su generosidad ayudará a cubrir los costos de viaje, el alojamiento, las comidas y la oportunidad de experimentar el mundo de maneras que solo he imaginado.
