Hi! Thank you for visiting my page! My name is Addalynn Lutz. I am 17 years old and attend George Ranch High School. I am a member of the National Honor Society, National Math Honor Society, and Technology Student Association. I wish to pursue a degree in college for Engineering. I am also a member of the George Ranch High School Varsity Colorguard. This is my fifth season being a part of this group, and it has shaped me fundamentally as an individual.
Several years ago, I was introduced to the Drum Corps activity (AKA DCI) and knew that I one day would love to be a part of it. This audition season, I had the opportunity to audition for the Blue Stars Drum and Bugle Corps, a world-class finalist competitive marching band that travels across the country during the summer to compete against the highest level performers in the world, for the chance to be offered a position in the color guard. Out of the highly competitive auditionee pool, I was offered a full performance position with the corps for the 2026 season.
Unfortunately, this position comes with a price. Tuition for 2026 is $6,850, which helps contribute to my food, board, travel, uniform, instruction expenses, and more over the almost 80 days of being on tour. I need $1,800 for my deposit and January payment by January 7th, 2026 in order to agree to my contract before it expires. This financial burden is a lot to ask of my parents, especially with college right around the corner. Every dollar donated makes a difference, no matter how small. Without your help, I will be unable to march for the 2026 season alongside my two closest friends who were also offered positions at the same corps. Please consider donating to my cause and sharing my page with friends, family, and local businesses to make my dream of marching in a drum corps a reality. Thank you so much for your generosity.
