Dear All,
I’m trying to raise money to cover the costs for a rehabilitation course in the clinic abroad for my beautiful twin boys Aaron and Adam. They just turned three. They been diagnosed with autistic spectrum disorder, speech and language delay and global development delay. Unfortunately now the UK NHS has no support as during these unprecedented times everything is closed and specialists are unavailable. I have found a medical centre in Kaliningrad, Russia. It is called RIA CENTER (www.reacenter.ru). They specialise in autistic spectrum disorder children and other mental and physical type disorders and helped many children to live full and colourful life. I have done a big research and I have come to a conclusion that in this clinic they are trying to help in the early stage of the disease, which means the earlier the treatment will start the better results can be achieved. I have contacted the clinic to arrange for a three weeks treatment for Aaron and Adam and they are happy to accept boys in the clinic in April, but due to my financial circumstances I can not afford to pay the price. With these COVID testing requirements the price of getting there will rise significant. Due to that I want to rise 5000£ to be able to give my boys a better future of seeing this life in colours...
My story:
I’ve been so excited when I became pregnant, as I really wanted more children, the thought of my children will be different never visited me. When I got to know I’m having twins I was in a shock but everyone supported me. After giving birth to Aaron and Adam, from day one, everything just went wrong. It was very difficult labour, Aaron’s leg got broken during birth, Adam did not breathe so had to be placed into incubator. Endless injections of antibiotics after birth as the doctors suspected some abnormalities. The amount of pain boys had to suffer right after birth is enormous. I have pushed my self to the limits, because I thought I can go through this crisis on my own and it’s just a temporary nightmare. Soon after their 2nd birthday they been diagnosed with autistic spectrum disorder. I did not want to accept that, as I thought it’s not happening with me and all this will go away. Within time things only worsened. Their verbal skills are at the age of 1 year old baby, they do not react for their names and they don’t even say the word “Mama”. Now I have come to acceptance stage and now I understanding that they need help. But I’m so exhausted and desperate now. I want them to live full life with emotions and feelings. I hope with your help I can achieve these goals and boys will continue into to this life fully prepared, to challenge new beginnings. I would like to thank you all, for understanding my situation and helping to provide a better future for Aaron and Adam.
