Make a Zoo Adventure Possible for ESL Kids
Donation protected
Hello everyone,
We are a group of dedicated ESL teachers at a Title I high school, where we proudly teach English to a wonderful group of multilingual students. Every day, our students work hard not only to learn a new language but also to adapt to a new culture and environment.
This spring, we are excited to take our students on a special trip to the Roger Williams Park Zoo! Many of our students have never had the opportunity to visit a zoo before. This trip will be more than just a day out — it will be a chance for them to experience hands-on learning, connect classroom vocabulary to real-world experiences, and build memories that will last a lifetime.
As a Title I school, many of our families face financial challenges, and we want to make sure that cost is not a barrier for any student who wants to participate. We are hoping to raise funds to cover transportation, admission tickets, and a simple lunch for our students.
Every donation, no matter the size, will make a direct and meaningful impact. You’ll be helping our students see new worlds, strengthen their English skills, and feel a true sense of belonging in their new community.
Thank you for supporting our students and believing in the power of learning beyond the classroom!
With gratitude,
The ESL Teaching Team
