Mr.Hicks is a World War II and Korean War veteran living in Boligee, Alabama. He is 95-years-old and he is in need of help remodeling his home. His roof has several leaks in it. He is also in need of a heating and cooling unit along with several other repairs to his home. Mr. Hicks gets very cold and only has a space heater to keep him warm. Air that comes in through the cracks really bothers him. Since Mr. Hicks is on a fixed income, he doesn't really have the means to make the necessary repairs. Although we started this GoFundMe, any help would be appreciated whether it be volunteers or any other help for veterans. Mr.Hicks enjoys talking about his days in the military and has a sound mind; however, he is unable to walk .
