Make a Magical Memory for a Father and Daughter

I have been diagnosed with heart failure with 11% heart function. I was told that I am at high risk for complete heart failure. I'm taking a cocktail of medications, seeing a cardiologist and potentially getting an implant. I want to make one more big memory with my daughter. I would like to take her to Walt Disney World. All I can leave behind is memories with my daughter.
