Hi! I'm Diana and this is my rescue, Charlie Girl. She has inspired me to do many things in my life but the one I am most proud of is self publishing an interactive book for dogs! As a teacher, I am passionate about making reading a fun experience for anyone and I absolutely love dogs. Putting these two together is truly a vision come true.

Thanks to you, I was able to raise funds through the Kickstarter platform to publish my first book in 2023. I am thrilled to announce that I have written a second book for dogs! I would love to take this next edition to the offset printer needed. With your help of pre-orders & support, I can make this 2nd book happen!

So what IS the next book?? Its a Christmas version of A Day in the Life of Your Dog! This book will be similar to the first one as far as size & type. It has a very fun holiday story line and of course all the sensory pages to keep you and your dog engaged throughout the reading!

The illustrations, cover design, editing, & formatting are all completed thanks to Sarah Shearer (illustrator), Ryan Webb (Formatter & cover design), and Global Bookworms (editors). I've been working a few other side jobs to be able to cover the cost of these necessary items. The only thing left to do is to take this book to the printer! The goal is to get fully funded so the books can arrive late September 2025 - just before the new holiday season begins.

The first book has brought so much reading joy to many dogs and their families. I've recently been able to see how therapy dogs can boost struggling readers in my classroom so I know creating this kind of book is impactful to our children. Pets provide an all around feel good time and we need more of that in our lives! Here's how to keep this dream going:
