Our friend Abby has had a pretty rough 2016. In May, Abby was doing what she loved, playing Soccer, when she tore major ligaments in her knee and went through a grueling process of basically just being able to walk again. Then in September, as her physical recovery was nearly complete, her world was shattered again, as her father was suddenly killed in an automobile accident.
This year has left more than it's fair share of scars on Abby, physically, emotionally, and spiritually.
She has expressed that she feels the need to have some time away for the healing experience of a yoga retreat, but with the costs involved with her fathers death, she doesn't feel that she can afford the expense.
If anybody needs, and deserves this, it's Abby.
