- This sweet little being is called Makanaka Muzadzi. She's 2 years old. Makanaka stays with her parents and sibling in Tynwald, Zimbabwe. She was diagnosed with ventricular septal defect (VSD) which hinders her growth and has been in and out of hospital since birth. The situation has not improved and requires her to undergo an operation/surgery urgently. The surgery will be conducted in India. We are appealing for donations to raise funds for the medical procedure and traveling expenses. No amount is too small. Let's join hands together and give our sweet girl a chance to live!
