Major repairs for Hoya Lift

Hello my name is Kitty Reams , I am Post Polio survivor. I depend on a “ Sure Hands Lift System” that I have been using for years. I operate this system independently in order to be able to transfer from Bed to wheelchair to toilet to shower. I’m in need of funds to replace the motor for the unit which is not covered by Medicare or Medicaid.  If I’m unable to raise the funds I will lose my independence and be forced to relocate to a nursing facility.  I have a quote from the company that originally installed it 18 years ago.  I sincerely appreciate any and all donates you are able to make.
