And the purpose of this go fund me request is for my sister Darlene Demming Skelton who is 52 years old who is a life long resident of Pennsylvania, Darlene who always helped people now needs help ...Darlene in healthy years has started food pantries for the needy and always was there for people. She  attended nursing school wanting to achieve status of RN until she put that aside to homeschool her son. Darlene has been plauged with heart problems since birth. She had many episodes of dizziness & passing out. At the age of 25 she had open heart surgery due to a hole in her heart but was told she may have further problems when she reached her 40's. When multiple symptoms started she went to her cardiologist who monitored her condition which has worsened over past couple years. On February 28th she went for a stress test and went into severe bradycardia (heart rate bottomed out). She was taken by ambulance and had a pacemaker placed. She has had many tests since and the co-pays are outstanding. She is unable to return to work because she has a profuse leakage of her tricuspid valve. Cardiologist is uncertain if catheterization would be possible or if she will need open heart surgery. Her total diagnosis is pulmonary hypertension, left & right bundle branch blockages, premature ventricular & atrial contractions, enlarged heart, heart failure & oxygen deprivation. Another hole was found that will need repair as well as tricuspid valve. She suffers from extreme fatigue , breathlessness doing small tasks & oxygen deprivation makes her memory bad at times. She also has sinus node dysfunction, right & left ventricular dysfunction and dilation. She is currently battling to receive work disability payments. Besides all her medical & daily living bills, her car is in need of repair.
