My husband and I have a passion for saving cats. We always have. In July 2022, we took in almost 40 cats from my father-in-law‘s property in Pennsylvania after my father-in-law suffered from a massive heart attack and underwent quadruple bypass surgery. He was physically unable to care for them anymore. We called the aspca, and shelters in all surrounding areas, but no one would come help. Neighbors then threatened to start poisoning the cats, so we went into action.
We are on a mission to get all of the cats socialized, seen by the doctor to get any medical treatment that they need, and then get them into their forever homes.
We are looking for donations to help with vet bills, food, litter, and expansion of our cat sanctuary. We live on 2 acres of land in Columbia Connecticut, and our dream is to have our land equipped to be a sanctuary for Old, sick and even unwanted cats to come live in peace and either go to the forever home, or if the universe so chooses have this be their final resting place .
