Epic Motorcycle Delivery of Serum - Headstones

We will be reenacting the heroic journey that motorcycle messenger Clifford Amsbury completed in 1929, from Seattle to Ellensburg in order to save another man's life.

An injured gold minor was on the brink of death due to blood poisoning following a crushed leg, when Amsbury made his epic run with the serum required to help save his life from Seattle to Ellensburg. It's been recorded that he made this journey in record time (2hr:45min), and was deputized in order to not slow down for anything.

In further research, we've also learned that neither of these good fellows have a headstone. We've learned where each are buried, and part of this recreation will include funding to place a proper headstone at each grave.
