Maisson Jennings Medical and End of Life Expenses

It is with utmost sadness and profound regret that we share this fundraiser with you all...
I (Shane Adams) set up his fundraiser in coordination/support with my good friend Alyssa Jennings as she deals with the unexpected tragedy that happened with her husband Maisson Jennings. The fundraiser will be used 100% in support of Maisson's end-of-life expenses, as well as to support Maisson's two children and wife Alyssa.
On Tuesday, March 8th Maisson Jennings went to work feeling fine--at around 9 am his wife Alyssa Jennings got a text from his boss that Maisson was being taken to Sparrow ER in an ambulance after collapsing. Alyssa immediately called the ER and they explained that Maisson is unresponsive and potentially had a seizure/stroke at work. Alyssa called his mom JoAnna on the way to the hospital to make sure she knew what was happening.
Once Alyssa got to the hospital, they "John Doe" him because his wallet was at work so it takes a significant amount of time for her to get with him. After he is finally brought into the room, Alyssa looks at him--he is laying there with his eyes open, not responding to anything, his eyes unmoving too... The neurologist and neurosurgeon came in and told Alyssa that as his wife she had to give them the "okay" to go ahead with a procedure if they wanted any chance for survival--they had to put a stent in his brain and a catheter to drain the excess blood or he stood no chance. At this point Alyssa is screaming "of course, do whatever you can, please just save him!!". Maisson was then brought into surgery, Alyssa and JoAnna waited. The doctors returned and say that Maisson is in stable conditions but still not responsive, they say if they can stop the brain bleed that he will be paralyzed and/or brain dead. Maisson's brain bleed stemmed from the middle of his brain stem. Maisson's brain vessels ruptured so intensely that the doctors do not understand why it ruptured or how. Alyssa is allowed to see Maisson in the room, every machine imaginable is hooked up to him. The only brain function he had left was enough to trigger the ventilator...
For a while Maisson was not reacting to anything, then he suddenly began having motor reflexes to pain, he would squeeze Alyssa's hand and he responded to movements by doctors. This good news was not long-lasting...the doctors told Alyssa that once his brain and high blood pressure cause enough bleeding and pressure that Maisson will stop the reflexes and at that point, he will be "brain dead". Alyssa stayed up all day and night with her husband and his mom joined in. What it comes down to is that there is no getting better for him, the brain bleed is too big and the catheter is now pulling out dead brain tissue and cloths from the tube within his skull... Within maybe 24-48 hours from now, Maisson will be considered completely brain dead and there is literally nothing that can be done for him.
The doctors think that maybe a brain aneurysm caused it through a skyrocket in blood pressure that ruptured his brain... the doctors still are not certain because Maisson is only 25, fit, and healthy. In a matter of an hour of him texting Alyssa "I love you baby I made it to work safe have a good day beautiful" this horrific event happened and he is going to pass at any time. As for the possibility of any further medical procedure beyond all the expensive procedures, they have done so far; Alyssa says if they try to do any more surgery his blood pressure will spike and hemorrhage out the rest of the remaining brain activity.
Alyssa still has not come to the realization that her husband will not be coming home to her and their two children...The last kiss she got from him is now the last time he will ever kiss her... we are all numb, in shock, and so very sad. Every dollar donated will be used by Alyssa to pay for expenses related to Maissons end of life expenses...
