Maison's Year Abroad in Panama
Donation protected
Hey Friends and Family! It's Maison Holcomb.
I am planning to spend my Sophomore year next year studying in Panama through the AFS Exchange program. I will being staying with a host family and completely immersing myself in life as a 15 year old Panamanian! Many generations of my family on my father's side were born and raised in Panama so I am excited to learn and experience where they came from.

Once in a Lifetime Experience
I hope that this experience will push me out of my comfort zone and change me into the better version of myself that I want to be. I also think it is important to broaden my perspective of the world and see things through other people's eyes.
Spanish is the second most commonly spoken language in the world, followed by English and to be bilingual in both of these languages would be a huge advantage. The world is getting smaller and this would create more opportunities outside of the United States.
Live Life to the Fullest!
My grandfather has been suffering from Alzhiemer's for most of my life and seeing how it has affected him makes me want to enjoy everything that I have and make great memories that I will never forget, which is what I hope to accomplish by living abroad.

In order to be able to experience this opportunity, I am raffling off signed photographs of Carolina Panthers linebacker Luke Kuechly and tight end Greg Olsen (Courtesy of my Uncle Alfonso , a coach with the Panthers). It is $5 per ticket. Buy as many tickets as you want!! I need to raise $15,000 by May 1st for this to be made possible and every little bit is a BIG help in making it happen.
How it Works: All donators will be emailed their ticket numbers. Two winners will be drawn. One for each signed photograph. Then tune in on May 7th for the drawing to be done on Facebook Live.
I would also really appreciate your support by sharing this page with your friends, family, and followers using the links below. Thank you!!!
