Hey!

My name is Mairead – thank you so much for helping me raise funds for Macmillan Cancer Support. We all know people whose lives have been touched by cancer in one way or another – some of those get better, and some do not. Cancer support charities such as MacMillan do exceptional work and I'm so pleased to be given a chance to raise money for them.

I'll be doing Hyrox Dublin for the very first time. It's a huge, huge undertaking for me. I've always thought I couldn't do physical things – I was always too big, too clumsy, too awkward. But I've really put my heart and soul into changing that narrative for myself in recent years. Taking part in Hyrox is absolutely petrifying for someone like me but we are going to do it!
