Twenty-plus years ago, I sat in a room, absorbing Nonviolent Communication (NVC) from Marshall himself, filling pages with notes—treasures of insight.

This is just one notebook in a vast collection—decades of handwritten reflections, learnings, and discoveries, games, and exercise…in paper form! I am now able with the help of others, to transform them all into digital available resources.

NVC isn’t just a method—it’s a paradigm shift in how we relate to ourselves and others. How we name and claim our place in the world.

Developed by Marshall Rosenberg, NVC has transformed millions of lives around the world, offering a framework for deep empathy, conflict resolution, and authentic connections.

For over twenty years, I have been a dedicated student, practitioner, and teacher of this work.

My deep commitment to NVC has brought healing and transformation to thousands. I have collected, studied, and lived these principles as best I can.

What’s waiting to be revealed in these notes are not just from formal trainings, but from real-life applications of this work. Real person’s real stories of inspiration and hope.

Now it the time for me, for you, for us to preserve and share these teachings by bringing them into digital form, so others may learn from them, build upon them, and carry them forward.
